Receipt closed without verification — most likely

The system let the receipt close with no stamp field required. If the step is skippable at 3am it will be skipped at 3am. That is a process gap, not a Maria gap.

Last time the pack was in a desk drawer. If the paper is not on the wrap, the check cannot happen at the door.

A receiver cannot verify a stamp they have never been shown. Door 2 has no reference photo posted.

Weakest link: the dollars assume nothing shipped. If part of HT-4482 already went out the door the number is not $6,050, it is a client conversation.

RevisionPick history moved up from step 4 to run in parallel with the hold, so we know the real number inside ten minutes.
